Service Policy

Payments are due on the SAME DAY of service.

Acceptable forms of payments are: Cash, Checks Venmo or Zelle.

If cancellations or reschedules  are not made 48 hours before service, a $70 cancellation fee will be applied.

We guarantee our work and we are more than welcome to come back to fix missed items/areas if reported at the moment or within 24 hrs. of service.

If payment is not received within 24 hrs. of the service, a $50 late fee will be added to the total.

Late payments will incur in a 15% additional charge for every week after one week of service.

Any accounts we are unable to collect on will be reported to a collections agency and will be subject to a 35% collection fee.

We are NOT responsible for the client not informing us of any special

requirements or instructions of the home beforehand.

We reserve the right to adjust the price of the cleaning outside of the initial estimate if the house condition is different/worse than what initially specified by the client.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any house if it is in extreme bad condition or if considered unsafe for our staff to work on.
